Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our project management and construction teams by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Support procurement activities and vendor communications.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Support HR functions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or in a similar role, preferably in construction or engineering.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in admin or construction management is a plus.
