We are seeking to add an administrator to our team to assist with registering vehicles in Montana. We are an organized and rapidly growing registration service that assists hundreds of customers across the country.
Responsibilities:
-Receive title paperwork from customers
-Effectively communicate any missing documentation to the team for completing title transfers
-Visit the local DMV to facilitate title transfers into customers' MT LLCs
-Ship registration, license plates, and titles to customers
Basic expectations:
-Understanding of MT laws allowing vehicle registration under an LLC
-Experience in registering vehicles under an LLC
-Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
-Excellent customer service and communication abilities
-Proficient in using Google Sheets
-Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
-Highly organized
