Commercial general contractor looking to fill a office position. Roles would include putting together material lists/take offs for framing, siding, trim, doors, etc. Gathering bids and getting updated pricing and availability. Most work will be based out of an office trailer but will need to take on site measurements and perform job site tasks as needed. Other potential responsibilities could include jobsite photography, social media, and website management. The right candidate would be capable of responsible time management, highly motivated, have atleast a year experience in construction of some type, have experience with Microsoft office.
