This position maintains direct contact with customers before and after the sale. Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially effect service and/or product revenue(s). Works with various departments to mt maintenance services sales goals. Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management. In this position a qualified candidate will enter sales orders, respond to inquiries from customers, and support the sales and customer service functions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receive customer purchase orders or service requests; process the appropriate documents
- Perform tasks related to processing returns (RMAs), servicing, and exchanges
- Record, report, or request status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, or new orders
- May assist in the resolution of return credit issues
- Help manage sales demo equipment
- Assist with site export compliance needs
- Other administrative and sales support, as needed
Position requires a high school diploma; four-year degree preferred, but not required. Must be a self-starter who is detail oriented. Should have prior experience working with sales representatives and/or sales distribution and be proficient with MS Excel and SalesForce. Prior experience in manufacturing environment desired. Prior experience with SAP software desired.
