About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to help maintain and restock our short-term rental properties. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys light maintenance tasks and takes pride in keeping spaces guest-ready.
Responsibilities:
Perform small handyman tasks (e.g., fixing towel racks, tightening furniture, replacing light bulbs).
Restock supplies (toiletries, paper goods, cleaning items, etc.)
Conduct quick property checks to ensure everything is guest-ready.
Handle light painting touch-ups as needed.
Report any larger maintenance issues as needed.
Schedule:
3 hours on Mondays between 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
3 hours on Thursdays between 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Some flexibility outside of those windows as needed.
Requirements:
Basic handyman and painting skills.
Reliable transportation.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
