This is a great opportunity to join a small (no drama) team at a small convenience store without gas. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, trustworthy worker to join us. 2-4 shifts available each week for 10-25 hours.
We are a local privately owned little grocery and ice cream shop near river rock pond.
Our shifts are 6:30-1pm and 1-9pm
Very safe location and owners have owned and operated for 9 years.
Responsibilities include
Cashier
Scooping ice cream
Keeping store stocked including the coolers
Bagging ice
A little clean up but not cleaning bathrooms
Opening or closing store
Managing a teenage swing shift worker
Must be able to count money, lift 25 pounds, multi-task and be a self starter
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
We are not looking for a temporary person but one who can be with us for a long time.
We are a great place to work who values family and family time. We are very flexible and are not micro managing. We try to hire right.
This part time position seems to work best for a semi retired needing extra income but not a demanding full time employment; or a stay at home parent who wants to get out of the home a few shifts a week to supplement spouses income but not pull them away from family. Must be 21 years or older to apply.
