The vacation rental market in the U.S. is estimated at over 2,000,000 properties with no signs of slowing down. This is primarily due to the popularity of the sharing economy and online travel agencies (OTA's) such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Expedia, Booking, etc. Proper Insurance is licensed and insures short-term rental properties in all 50 states, right here from Bozeman.

(1) Account Executive Position: This is a full-time sales position in which you would sell the Proper Insurance® policy to property owners across the U.S. There is no travel required as we conduct all business over the phone and web. High level prior sales experience is needed as this is a fast-paced sales process The position requires a property and casualty insurance license in the state of MT. If not licensed, we are willing to pay for and get the right candidate(s) licensed.
Compensation:
-$3,000/month base salary + new & renewal commissions
-Historical numbers; $60,000 year 1, $85,000 year 2, $100,000+ year 3+
-Senior Executives already above $100,000/year
-Full medical/dental paid
-401k option
