As a Retail Sales Associate, you will ensure that every customer is served in a friendly and welcoming manner while driving sales. You will build relationships with customers and advise them on East Main Liquor products with respect for everyone’s time and specific interests. The Retail Sales Associate will answer incoming phone calls, answer questions and take orders over the phone. You are also responsible for keeping the appearance of the sales floor, cashier counters and merchandise clean and dust free, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in our store along with occasional bar deliveries.
