Position Overview: Navitec is a Cloud/ Data/ AI consulting firm with our prime location in Bozeman, MT. Navitec is actively hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to contribute significantly to our sales growth strategy. As an SDR, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, focusing primarily on securing high-quality appointments. This role requires a proactive and resourceful approach to prospecting, utilizing various communication channels like phone calls, email, and other media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
-Proactive Prospecting: Initiate targeted outreach to identify potential clients through research and strategic planning.
-Appointment Setting: Drive the appointment-setting process by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services and securing meetings with qualified leads.
-Multi-Channel Engagement: Utilize diverse communication channels to maximize outreach and engagement.
-Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile, providing valuable opportunities to the sales team.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize outreach approaches.
-CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
-Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure outreach effectiveness and contribute to ongoing sales strategy refinement.
