Seeking Product Manager who will be responsible for defining and launching the features that will position our business to expand on a global scale. Position is responsible for converting business requirements to software solutions that provide value to customers.

Key Product Manager attributes:

• A leader – Passionate about building great products that impact people's lives and possess the ability to consistently rally colleagues, partners and customers to join in the cause. Able to communicate a vision effectively and inspire colleagues to work on projects.

• An operator – Valuing the reflection and ongoing effort required to continuously improve the way the team functions and collaborates with each other and with other teams. Must be highly effective working with engineers, designers, operators, marketers and finance.

• Customer-focused – Provide a strong voice on the team and in daily decisions for making the right trade-offs and protecting high standards on behalf of the customer. Prioritization of diving deep on customer data and feedback.

• Results-oriented – Ability to rally the team to meet commitments to each other and to customers. Setting the strategy is not enough. Seeing solutions ship, scale and make a measurable impact on customers’ lives drives a Product Manager.

• Fearless – Drawn to take on the hardest problems, navigate ambiguity, battle skepticism and are willing to fail in the name of learning what works best over the long term.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology, business, and design teams.

• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new systems or solutions.

• Strong analytical skills – e.g., experience with targeting analytics, business case development, etc.

• Ability to be an individual contributor that is highly self-motivated but have the skills to effectively lead small scale teams to drive out improvement efforts

• Ability to work with and build strong relationships with members of a cross functional teams, stakeholders and customers

• Knowledgeable in technology development best practices (such as Agile) and product management methodology.

• High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, while delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope technical requirements.

• Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and partner teams to deliver solutions from conception through completion.

• Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.

Preferred Requirements

• Past experience in a high-performance start-up or incubation effort within a larger company is highly valued
