Front Desk/Customer Service

Founded in 2016, Good Medicine was born out of a desire to bring together exceptionally qualified practitioners in a luxurious community space, to work under a model of care that provides affordable and accessible pricing for our community. Proving a need for this unique model of treatment, Good Medicine now has locations in Missoula and Bozeman Montana, and provides over 16,000 treatments each year.

As a member of our Front Desk staff, you are the first person our patients see when they come to the clinic and the last impression they have as they leave. It is integral that you represent yourself well to all who come through our doors.

Front Desk duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business, coordinate front-desk activities- including utilizing booking software, closing out appointments, answering phones/email, maintaining clinic appearance throughout the day, and supporting the clinic staff as needed. To be successful in this role, you must maintain a pleasant demeanor and self-manage to complete all duties on your shift. This is primarily a customer service role with administrative duties.

Attention to details and compassion for our patients is a must. You will work directly under the Clinical Director; however, you must have the confidence to take initiative and make level-headed decisions as needed to manage pressing issues in a timely and effective manner.
