What You’ll Do:
Customer Service Excellence:
Warmly welcome clients and offer complimentary beverages.
Assist clients with product selection and inquiries.
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable salon experience for every guest.
Salon Operations & Team Management:
Oversee scheduling, appointment optimization, and staff time management.
Monitor and enforce salon policies, including no-show and cancellation protocols.
Coach and mentor service providers, offering feedback and support.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews and team meetings.
Inventory & Retail Management:
Maintain accurate backbar and retail inventory.
Place and manage orders for salon products and supplies.
Promote product sales and educate clients on at-home care.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate details and payment methods.
Handle business emails, including bridal party coordination and special bookings.
Process financial transactions, deposits, and register maintenance.
Keep up with salon cleanliness and organization.
Marketing & Social Media:
Create and post engaging content on social media.
Promote sales, special offers, and events.
Who You Are:
A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in salon management or a similar role.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Passionate about customer service and team success.
Familiar with salon software (experience with Vagaro is a plus!).
