We are looking for someone with a background in general construction with an eye for detail, and a history of craftsmanship.
Applicant should expect to fulfill the role of project manager interfacing with Subs, suppliers and other team members.
Once immediate needs have been met, individual can set assembly or installation goals for self.
Current project consists of extensive remodel and addition to multiple structures on one property near Bozeman, Cottonwood Rd area.
All facets of construction will be in play, so a well rounded knowledgebase is expected.
We are looking for someone that can oversee and contribute to this project. A twelfth man if you will.
Positive and insightful communication skills are needed. Ability and willingness to speak on the phone, write and check emails regularly, in addition to being willing to operate a saw or broom when time allows.
Expect to have a hand in site and shop work scenarios. We will be providing custom in house fabricated cabinetry, furniture, interior trim work (milled in house), timber construction, and other details of interest.
This is a complex but rewarding project for exceptional clients.

Admittedly this is a transitional position that will lead to a more dedicated management position, however, we need to walk before we run!
We have a solid team in place, a presence and appropriate guidance when needed is the goal in selecting the right person for this position.
