Nehls Construction seeks Carpenters Journeyman, and Apprentices
Nehls Construction has 32 years of general contracting experience in the Gallatin Valley and SW Montana. Our Current work schedule extends into late 2025. We perform new residential construction and remodels.
We are currently seeking carpenters of various experience levels from 2 years of carpentry experience to journeyman. We prioritize safety, and value quality and respect above all else.
The ideal candidate brings:
A positive attitude
An insistence on safety at the job site for the clients, co-workers, subcontractors, and yourself.
A desire to provide top-quality work no matter the task.
Ability to learn and grow competencies as well as provide feedback and input on improvements to the company and job.
Carpenters are capable of working independently or with a carpenter's helper and completing high-quality work.
Carpenters with a wide range of skills or the ability to acknowledge their lack of experience in a certain area and ask questions.
Experience in all aspects of carpentry is desired but willing to teach employees with less experience.
