Aspyn Contractor Group is seeking a full-time Commercial Framing Foreman to lead and manage the day-to-day on-site activities for commercial framing and rough carpentry projects, including multifamily and hotel builds throughout Montana. Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead on-site crews, ensuring high productivity, adherence to schedules, and quality standards.
2. Resource Allocation: Manage labor, tools, and materials effectively to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
3. Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors and other trades to maintain alignment with project schedules and specifications.
4. Quality Assurance: Inspect workmanship during all project phases to uphold high-quality construction standards.
5. Safety Enforcement: Monitor safety practices, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
6. Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, work agreements, progress records, and safety reports.
8. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams and project management, ensuring timely updates and clear expectations.
9. Site Organization: Oversee the proper receipt, storage, and use of materials and equipment on-site.
Requirements:
Proven experience in framing and rough carpentry, preferably in commercial projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiarity with construction documentation, plans, and safety regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and subcontractors.
Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Good communication and teamwork skills. Spanish + English is a plus!
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, standing, and working at heights.
