LOOKING FOR BILINGUAL(SPANISH/ENGLISH)CONCRETE SUPERINTENDENT FOR COMPANIES IN BOZEMAN, MT.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage our concrete projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all aspects of concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, time sheets, and material logs.
Train and mentor site personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in construction management or a related field.
OSHA certification.
Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial concrete projects.
