Double L Construction is a general contracting group that is seeking a motivated and eager Construction Laborer to assist with various construction tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to learn and develop skills in the field of residential construction. Our team currently has several homes in various stages of construction, from sub-surface excavation to final trim, with additional homes beginning this spring/summer. A candidate for this position can anticipate supporting and assisting projects and subcontractors under the direct supervision of the current project manager. Our projects are located in Big Sky; therefore, candidates must have access to reliable lodging and transportation, as these are not provided by Double L Construction.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general maintenance and construction tasks
Participate in large-scale framing, trim, and finish projects
Work under the guidance of the general contractor
Operate equipment (training provided if needed)
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is a plus
Ability to operate equipment is helpful but not required
Willingness to work outside
