Established Electrical Contractor looking for Electrical Foreman/Superintendent with Active Montana State Journeyman or Master Electrician’s License, including Commercial/Residential experience to join our team. Must be a self-starter and someone that takes pride and ownership in their work!
Electrical supervisors are experienced electricians who lead, motivate, monitor and oversee a team of electricians to ensure they produce quality work. They provide technical guidance regarding the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of projects.
Plan/organize/direct labor and materials to meet customer schedule.
Ensure all installations meet/exceed electrical code standards.
Foster relationships with customers, inspectors and peers.
Ensure adherence to standards of quality, safety and best practices.
Qualifications:
Active Montana State Journeyman or Master Electrician's License.
Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and OSHA safety standards.
Experience managing crews, material cost control and scheduling.
Compensation:
A strong total compensation package will be offered and is Negotiable depending on experience. We offer vacation and holiday pay along with Health and Dental Insurance.
