Established business (8 years in business) looking for a reliable, respectful, hardworking person to hire on to become a productive member of the team.
We mostly do high end residential concrete projects, small commercial concrete projects as well as small excavation and dirt work.
Starting pay for a laborer: $27hr
Starting pay for a concrete finisher $30hr
Willing to train the right candidates even if they don’t have experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a trade.
Scope of work entails:
Driving company trucks
Operating company equipment
Lifting and picking up heavy things
Shoveling, raking, driving stakes, carrying lumber, pouring concrete and other general tasks to complete projects.
Work ends/slows in the winter. Mostly a spring/summer/fall job.
If you have your independent contractors license pay starts at $35hr
Qualifications:
Must be willing to learn.
Must not be a flake.
Must show up on time.
Must not be an illegal immigrant.
Must speak English.
Must not be a druggie.
Must be willing to work hard.
Must be willing to take directions without getting an attitude.
Must be respectful to customers.
