Synergy Builders Inc. is a long established high end carpentry firm looking for a experienced carpenter to join and grow LONG term with our crew. We focus on complicated exterior siding, interior trim, and remodels. We also create built-in cabinetry, furniture, closets, timber framing, and light framing. Some unique start to finish projects like underground shooting ranges, observation towers, adventure ranches, and fly fishing man caves. Most of our work is in beautiful locations close to Bozeman and sometimes Livingston
Quality control is of utmost importance. Must be or willing to be proficient at scribing wood, tight wood joinery, cutting, drilling, and installing structural steel trim details. Most all our exterior project materials are cedar, reclaimed wood, and structural steel. This position is for well-rounded carpenters with custom interior and exterior trim experience. Sometimes in bad weather and heights.
We are a clean professional crew that does not smoke, yell, use drugs, or excessively drink. Work with people that are excited to create high quality work at an efficient pace. -Work four-ten hour days (7:30-5:30) with paid lunch
