In search of a couple extra hands that will fit in with our framing/siding crew for residential/commercial building within Bozeman city limits.
Short-term: I have a few projects happening simultaneously that I will need help with until we begin framing our next major project here in Bozeman.
Long-term: I am looking for reliable and adaptable crew members. Communication, motivation and accuracy are important. This job posting is for those that value investment as much as I do and are willing to take accountability and responsibility when necessary. If we are ahead of our predetermined deadlines, I feel there's no reason why I shouldn't reward the help you give me.
FRAMING:
Requirements:
-ICEC: if you are in the process of this or are seriously considering this I still consider you a viable candidate, as long as we can come up with a plan. Everyone I work with is required to have the proper paperwork in order to be considered working on site.
-Providing your own tools (there will be a job trailer you may store them in)
- Knowledge in the field of residential/commercial new construction (in relation to your requested rate)
- 2 to 3 years experience with basic hand tools
-Reliable transportation or actively pursuing reliable transportation.
-Remaining on task yet adaptable if need be.
-Time oriented
-Task driven
Experience:
- Working in fast paced environments as part of a team
-Residential/Commercial new construction (spec homes, custom homes, multifamily, etc.)
-Process completion
- Knowledge of various fasteners and their intended use.
-Familiarity with various (framing) material types.
-Knowledge of various framing concepts
