Falcon Homes is looking for framers with 3+ years of experience. We work on a wide variety of homes and believe in a happy jobsite with no drama and enjoying the day with good people.
Every day you should be ready to work, on time, and not hungover or under the influence. There is no smoking on the jobsite and you must have a clean appearance. We take pride in our work and how we present ourselves.
Hard work is valued here and if you’re tired of working for a big business where you haven’t gotten a raise in forever or where your skills aren’t appreciated, come work for us. We run a small crew and you will quickly learn and grow, making more money in a short amount of time.

Able to work 4-10s or 5-8s
