Family-owned construction company based in Belgrade is seeking skilled and motivated Independent Contractor Carpenters to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re reliable, honest, and hardworking and you enjoy working with a dedicated and fun small crew, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, windows, trim, demo, building decks, and other construction duties.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
Requirements:
Valid Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate.
Own insurance coverage.
Carpentry experience (pay depends on levels of experience).
Own basic carpentry tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity.
Motivation to work hard while enjoying a positive and collaborative work environment.
Multiple projects coming up in different areas of Gallatin and Park Counties followed by winter work in Belgrade.
