HVAC Installation Technician
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems on commercial new construction projects. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to meet the minimum job requirements of this position. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred: Any mechanical based degree or technical program
Required: Minimum two (2) years of commercial HVAC installation experience
Preferred: Minimum of five (5) years of commercial installation experience and experience managing and training installation technicians in HVAC
Expert knowledge of managing projects, raw materials, building processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the efficiency of commercial jobs.
Deep understanding of construction means, and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and mixed-use buildings.
Problem solving skills, leadership skills, excellent communication skills, organized, and a strong negotiator
