Hello and thank you for looking at my listing today. Am seeking a "Montana based" / non-arizona-affiliated general contractor for my new multi-million-dollar safe haven facility NOT just for myself, but the local community as well.
Call me 'BOH, or Mr. Boh' have been circling new "Bozeman, Mt. Petition" to build "my save haven facility/1-91." (Search: #safehaven.bzn.petition to learn more).
Overall together bringing world class design & work to the state of Montana and the people, starting right here in Bozeman, Mt. This is NOT easy gig to come by.
We'll be establishing above & below ground structure meant to protect from weather extremes & more (Note: At this time is a 3 Phase job) will explain due time. 3rd phase is below ground component on unprecedented levels, and will provide employees work for many many years. Likely atleast hundreds of years of construction work minimum here
Once you see my plans youll understand the work better, see what I mean.
Specific requirements:
1. RULES: new company between us "BOstruction LLC." Nee company created does not seek outsider work. "BOHstruction LLC" focuses on creating 91, new 91's, improved 91 operations.
2. Paperwork & admin LLC partner commit with me. Required meet with me, on call with me, namesake trust establish agree with me and be in accord with petition the public. Includes (%'s agreed)
3. Recommended t.b.m. /heavy duty machinery knowledgeable, able to train and incorporate underground workings, aside from general top structures concrete work.
4. Understanding leave designs on company file to ensure non-tampering long term with future projects & namesake issues, design elements familiar desired and how desired be built.
(Just ask if unsure any of this. Still why I cover this early out).
Again our agreements save the public from future mistakes, unexpecteds when both of us are no longer around & keeps petition accord).
3. C.A.D.able office, or have an assistant CADer where can dessim all my designs, plans. (Note: "I have all designs on this job all other designs are invalid/void").

Last do note petition vote/voting IS higher than current. Do have petition experience and at some point do expect millions of votes from now.
