Horizon Decks LLC. is looking for carpenters with mid-high experience with a good work ethic and motivated to work in a small fast-pace crew as well as occasionally by himself/herself and build beautiful composite wood decks mostly with Cedar & TREX.
The candidate must preferably have basic hand tools and basic power tools to be sent out to perform small project/pick up work individually if needed.
Position is full-time but part-time is negotiable. Regular schedule is four 10-hour days Mon-Thu
Starting pay is $30-$60 based on experience, IC vs Employee, vehicle, tools, full-time/part-time…

-Be an exceptional, kind and positive human being. On and off the clock.
-Show up at the job on time which means 5 min. prior to start time.
-Be able to use his/her own SMART phone and be proficient communicating through text messages and emails.
-Have a dependable vehicle.
-Be exceptional at customer service and communications, delivering a remarkable experience for the homeowners getting work done.
