New team members coming in should expect a two-day orientation where you will go through required training and basic certifications before stepping onto the jobsite. After your orientation and company provided tools/equipment are assigned to you, you will mobilize to site with your crew in a company provided crew truck and work Monday through Friday each week to complete assigned jobs.
