R&E Distributing is a Cannabis Wholesale Distribution company located in Bozeman, MT. We are looking to hire another full-time driver and inventory operations team member. Our ideal candidate is excited about the Cannabis Industry, adaptable with strong critical thinking skills, works well in fast-pace environments and has excellent customer service skills. As the MT Cannabis Industry is rapidly changing and expanding, R&E Distributing plans to do the same. We are looking for another amazing person to join our team who has leadership qualities and the potential to grow and succeed within our company.
Open Position: Driver & Wholesale Logistics
Pay: $18-$21/hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week + Overtime occasionally)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Must be available for 1 overnight stay/week)

Job Requirements:
-Valid MT Cannabis Control Division Worker Permit (Apply here today: https://mtrevenue.gov/cannabis/worker-permits/)
-High School Diploma or GED
-Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record and
-Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
-Exceptional Customer Service Skills (Must maintain a positive attitude)
-Must have reliable transportation
-Strong attention to detail
Job Duties:
-Report to R&E Logistics Manager
-Managing back stock effectively
-Fulfill wholesale orders in a timely manner
-Drive 2-5 days of the week from Bozeman to anywhere else in Montana, up to 1 overnight delivery per week where employee will stay in a company paid hotel on Thursday evening and return Friday
-Load and unload delivery truck (sometimes requiring lifting over 50 pounds)
-Effectively communicate with Logistics Manager and wholesale team
-Ability to follow state compliance regulations when organizing inventory, creating transfer manifests, and using the state database
-Other various administrative office work
