-We can train and license the right person
-Each AM and PM shift pays minimum 2 hours
-Additional trip opportunities available on weekends
-Must be competent and willing to drive in ice/snow
-At least 15 hours continuing training through the school year

Karst Stage is always looking for personable, safety-conscious people to join our team. Training is available to get the necessary Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
SCHOOL BUS DRIVER DESCRIPTION:
A School Bus Driver interacts daily with children and serves as their trusted transportation to and from school. As such, they should have an authoritative, yet calming and empathetic demeanor. A School Bus Driver should be free of any traffic or criminal violations, and have a strong understanding of and respect for traffic laws and company policies.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obey all traffic laws and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized bus at all times
Ensure the safety of passengers and the public
Assist students with getting on and off the bus as needed, including those with disabilities
Discipline children as needed to maintain a safe environment
As trained, perform mechanical inspections of the bus before and after each route
Attend safety meetings and continuing training as required
Communicate effectively with school and company administration
