What You'll Be Doing:
As a Roofing Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting the roofing crew by transporting materials, preparing job sites, and assisting with installation and repairs. The job involves physical labor, long days on your feet, and exposure to varying weather conditions. It is essential that you are safety-conscious and able to follow detailed instructions on every project.
Daily responsibilities include:
Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of roofing systems
Carrying and transporting roofing materials weighing over 60 pounds
Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
Using fall protection equipment correctly and consistently
Working on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops at varying heights
Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude on all job sites
Being available for flexible work hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends
Traveling for out-of-town or overnight jobs when required
Who We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
Valid Fall Protection Certification
Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders
Must be able to lift 60 pounds or more regularly
A valid driver’s license is required
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Willingness to work varied hours depending on job schedules
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and a good attitude
