The Education Program Coordinator is tasked with the coordination and reporting for MYWI’s TPP project and, under the management and direction of Bridgercare’s Education Director, is tasked with developing, maintaining, and expanding MYWI’s education services and programs, establishing sound financial practices, and implementing a program plan designed to achieve the mission, goals, and objectives of MYWI. The Education Program Coordinator coordinates and supports MYWI program development and implementation, program delivery, data assessment, quality improvement, and evaluation of the MYWI initiative, both internally and with subrecipients. The Education Program Coordinator reports to the Education Director.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

TPP GRANT PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION

Supports and coordinates compliance with TPP requirements, state, and local laws and regulations.

Assist the Education Director in compliance with TPP grant administration and reporting, including coordinating with third-party data collection consultants to track required TPP measurements.

Track and report key performance indicators to Board, partners, settings, staff, and funders.

Assist the Education Director to maintain a thorough understanding of MYWI operations and staff, including evaluating and addressing short- and long-term operational issues

In partnership with and under the supervision of the Education Director, facilitate, recruit and design a Training of Educators program.

Support and provide technical assistance to MYWI sub-contractors with the goal of increasing their capacity to implement and replicate evidence-based approaches.

Participate in relevant staff trainings and meetings. Be responsible for content missed if absent.

Schedule, track, and report required educator and session observations per TPP guidelines.

Work with the Education Director and Education Team to Identify new EBPs as needed and conduct annual evaluation of programs including, but not limited to, the materials review and adaptation processes.

In consultation with Bridgercare’s Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, create and disseminate MYWI marketing and outreach materials.

Serve on internal and community committees as assigned or interested.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Education Director or Executive Director.

FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Under the supervision of the Education Director, develop internal and subrecipient budgets and financials and ensure compliance with evaluation and reporting.

Develop and support relationships with TPP partners, committees, coalitions, and other community partners in partnership with the Education Director.

Under the supervision of the Education Director, oversee subrecipient network and act as liaison between subrecipients and OPA TPP Project Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum two years grant or program management experience or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Technical writing and grant reporting experience.

Passion and enthusiasm for Bridgercare’s mission and comprehensive sexual health education.

Experience with (or ability to learn) Microsoft Teams.

Fluency in Spanish and/or experience working with Montana’s tribal communities preferred.

A valid MT Driver’s License, reliable transportation and motor vehicle insurance is required.

Ability to travel throughout Bridgercare’s service area and periodically out of state (some overnight stays will be required). Total work time involving travel is about 15%.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY

50% remote and 50% in-office in Bozeman

Hybrid eligible position: Duties do typically lend themselves to some amount of remote work.
