Local construction company seeking younger individuals willing and wanting to learn the construction trade. Working in and around the Great falls area so a valid driver's license and your own vehicle to get to and from the job daily is required. We're looking for highly motivated trustworthy people that can pay attention to detail, work well with others, and follow instructions. Person does not need experience as we are willing to train the right individuals. You are required to have your own tool bags with a tape measure, hammer, speed square, chalk line, utility knife, cats paw, and chisel. All other power tools are provided. We typically work 40 hours a week all year long. We work on new construction including framing and finishing homes, garages, residential remodels, and some roofing. Pay is direct deposited and ranges from $18-$22 dollars an hour depending on experience and motivation. One weeks payed vacation after being with the company for 4 months and other possible incentives. Position advancements, pay raises, and bonuses possible every year.
