In this 30+ hour, W2 position, your leadership will transform our operations, making every project smoother, every client happier, and every team member more empowered. Potential scope of work: General Repairs, Minor Appliance Maintenance and Repair, Carpentry Work, Painting and Touch-Ups, Flooring Repairs, Basic HVAC Maintenance, Landscaping and Outdoor Maintenance, Safety Inspections and Maintenance, Emergency Repairs, Routine Maintenance, Radon Mitigation.
Qualifications: Handy-person experience, access to internet and computer/smart phone; detail oriented; strong customer-facing qualities; self-motivated; team leadership experience; ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods; valid drivers license and reliable transportation; necessary tools.
