PT to FT Office manager position for small business in Black Eagle. Hours are flexible & average 30 to 35 hours a week. On occasion up to 40 hours, depending on demand. Job duties include: Answering telephone, Scheduling jobs for staff & organizing staff for upcoming jobs, Planning lodging when staff is working out of town, Preparing bills for customers, Filing, Making bank deposits, Paying bills & working with accountant with payroll, etc. Job Qualifications: Quick Books knowledge is preferred (but can train), Service Master knowledge is preferred (but can train), Organized, Good with customer service, Reliable & Dependable. Work can be done remotely, but prefer in house.
