✓ GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS- Our pay ranges from $90K - $120K per year D.O.E. and we offer 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees and a ROTH IRA retirement plan with 3% employer match. Plus, employee discounts, team outings, uniforms (we wash them for you) and a stocked break room with drinks + snacks are provided.

We offer a five-day work week (NO WEEKENDS), 7 paid holidays, paid time off and some flexibility in scheduling so you can arrange time off when you need to.

As an ASE Master Certified technician, I've spent my entire career in the automotive and diesel industry - from my days at UTI, to working on Volkswagens, to driving trucks, and eventually managing and owning shops. When Heather and I started Great Falls Auto Repair in 2011, we wanted to build an honest, customer-focused business. But my role has evolved. Today, my passion is creating an environment where our team can thrive, just like I did.
I believe in an ego-free, team-first culture where we support each other, have fun together, and take pride in being part of the Great Falls community. Whether it's race nights, hockey games, or cookouts, we're a work family. Great Falls Auto Repair is currently looking for experienced AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS/MECHANICS to add to our growing team. The ideal candidates would have 5+ years under their belt working in a professional auto repair business. They would be interested in learning and be good at diagnosing electrical issues and drivability.
