Purpose The role of the Evening Housekeeping Supervisor is to manage and participate in providing a unique, specialized turn service for our guests by straightening accommodation, replacing used items, replenishing amenities, illuminating accommodation for a comfortable bedtime ambiance, and providing turndown gift from the resort each night.The Primary Functions are:  Review daily occupancy reports and evening dining activity reports to create nightly turndown assignment board for Turndown Attendants. Provide required training and oversite to all Turndown Attendant responsibilities nightly. Collaborate and communicate with Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper to ensure department success. Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of housekeeping team members; actively train, coach, and recognize performance. Assist team in refreshing luxury homes, glamping tents, and other accommodations by removing trash, replenishing towels, wash dishes, clean and tidy areas, replace amenities, turndown beds and place the accommodation in turndown status. Ensure all homes and rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Supervise housekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality as they relate to housekeeping and turndown services. Follow and assign turndown instructions to meet deadlines. Stock homes, tents, and/or areas with all necessary supplies while continuously keeping all work areas clean and organized. Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace appropriately. Re-Stock the housekeeping department with all essential items for the following day. Ensure all housekeeping closing procedures are completed and that the housekeeping office is ready for day shift duties. Inspect all Turndown housekeeping vehicles are inspected and cleaned and prepared for the next day shift. Converse with the guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfill special guest requests as instructed by management or the guest directly. Ensure confidentiality and security of visited rooms/homes. Fulfill special guest requests as instructed by management, front desk or the guest directly. Assist in public area cleaning, home, and camp cleaning or any assignment requested. Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to, sweeping; scrubbing; mopping, polishing; vacuuming; and shampooing. Responsible for keeping all work areas and vans cleaned and organized. Turn in items found in homes, camps, or public areas to the Lost and Found Department. Maintain direct contact with front desk and maintenance during shift; Report any problems or repairs needed. Report all problems and maintenance repairs using correct procedures. Always maintain a high level of attention to detail. Work in a safe and responsible manner while adhering to all OSHA standards. Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and staff by telephone, in written form, email, or in person. Improve service by communicating and assisting to understand and guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed. Maintain flexible hours to accommodate guest needs, due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry; Position requires full availability including evenings, weekends, holidays or as needed.

Looking for Team Members with:

High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work

Previous basic cleaning experience preferred, not required Proven customer services skills, communication skills, and organizational skills Valid State Driver’s LicenseTeam members can look forward to:
