Looking for a morning early bird for a few days a week to help with opening the store with preparing dough for premake sides and getting dough sheeted on trays. You will be making up dough batches with a weight of 50lbs or more, measuring, cutting and balling the dough. There is time limits on getting the dough done before the proofing phase begins which requires hustle and urgency. 9am to 2 or 3pm but more hours available if wanting to cross train in other areas. We can do an earlier set up if needed and for the right person. Dependable and reliable is a must. Preferably wed thru Sunday availability. We can have wiggle room with those days. Great part time complimentary gig for a second job and have had great retired folks wanting to break a hustle on it for a little extra cash!
