Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
We're looking for diligent individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role requires night shift work in a closed store environment, where you will be replacing fixtures, shelving, and moving merchandise. Duties will include assembling, moving, organizing, and stocking shelving units. An important part of the role is being able to report work completions on the same day as the service. The contract length for each job site may be 10-14 weeks with potential for full-time employment for those demonstrating excellent work ethic and alignment with job requirements.
Hard Skills
Ability to lift 40-50+ lbs
Experience with assembly, moving, organizing, stocking shelving units
Ability to report work completions on the same day
Experience with pallet jack work
Valid email address and access to a smartphone for wireless reporting

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Helena, Montana.
Work Environment
This is a night shift role, with shifts running from potentially 9 or 10pm until 6am or 7am. The work will involve physical activity including lifting, twisting, and pulling. You'll be working in a closed store environment, which may involve exposure to dust elements when moving/assembling shelving units. All meals and breaks are taken together. Strict dress code applies. Site Managers are revealed about a week or two beforehand. Travel is all paid, with per diem and guaranteed projects.
