Opportunity for a Sales Representative who sees themselves being a producer, leader, and manager in our organization. You can work Full-Time or Part-Time. You will be required to learn our turnkey sales system. As you take on the leader/manager role you will hire and guide new agents. Opportunities are available for people who see themselves in a sales role but currently are uncertain about building and managing a team.
This is an In Home (Remote/Virtual) Sale Position, but if you wish to meet with clients in person, you may do so. We have a streamlined lead generation system so there is no cold calling involved. The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product. People from Helena, Butte, Great Falls, Bozeman, Missoula, Kalispell or any other city in Montana could do this.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
Health and Life Insurance License (Required)
OR Willing to get your Health and Life Insurance License.
2 Years previous sales experience (Preferred)
Possess a positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude.
Moderate to high degree of computer proficiency.
Self-motivated, multi-tasker with follow-thru and follow-up.
Understand that this is a self-employment opportunity.
Ability to attend weekly conference calls.
