Proficient with telecommunications equipment and installation procedures.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for customer interactions.
Excellent customer service abilities with a proactive approach to sales.
Familiarity with computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Practical knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics and data transmission.
Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with A+ certification and basic networking concepts.
Experience with various test equipment for fault identification and repairs.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of telecommunications products and network equipment for customers.
Diagnose and repair defective cables and equipment using test devices, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Document and log all service requests and resolutions
Adhere to safety protocols while handling equipment and working at heights or in confined spaces.
Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to improve service delivery.
Respond promptly to trouble dispatches and resolve service issues as they arise.
Maintain proper records related to service orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
