The ideal candidate will be a Butcher. Able to work on Kill Floor and break whole carcasses into retail cuts.
Should be able to sharpen knives quickly and maintain an edge with a steel.
Grocery Store Meat Cutters are welcome but at a lessor wage if not experienced with slaughter.
If all you've done is process your own wild game, you could still have a chance but at a substantially reduced wage till you become competent.
