You could be a part of Montana's premier commercial flooring installation team, installing everything from fitness centers, office, retail, government, food, airports, etc, and most flooring materials with a few exceptions.

New team members will be placed strategically by interests and experience.
Skilled level positions start at 49,000 with supplemental insurance contributions, one-week paid vacation after six months, paid training/certifications, and long term profit sharing/equity in this company. You could be earning close to double+ the entry compensation with-in a couple years depending on what you can do for this company.

Industry knowledge should include overall construction process, safety, phasing, scheduling, full understanding of blueprints, floor prep/surfacing/self-leveling, multiple flooring materials/adhesives/techniques.
Coving and welding skills will warrant additional compensation.
This individual shall be expected to be engaged in the success of the company. Said person will be able to lead and mentor at least one techs and one apprentice at all times. Must have the ability/desire to learn anything that would benifit themselves or the company.
