We are looking for a Permanent Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper for our small family owned business.
This is an on-site job, NOT remote. We will be handing each other papers across a desk.
Responsibilities include: Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Checkbook Reconciliation (Must be able to reconcile both manual and computer), and Payroll Taxes.
Anticipated hours per week 15-18, exact days and hours to be determined during interview.
5 years experience required, degree not necessary.
Quick Books Enterprise Solutions is the accounting program we use and we will train in the specifics of the program.
