LC Staffing Kalispell is partnering with an insurance company to hire 4 long-term Customer Service Representatives.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inquiries and solving customer problems via phone and email. Duties may include light secretarial duties, consulting customers on billing inquiries, and more! Candidates with previous experience in the insurance agency helpful but not required. This position will require the ability to be on the phone all day; candidates must be willing and able.
Desired Skilled and Attributes:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of customer service experience; 5 years preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with ability to type 40 WPM.
Excellent ability to prioritize and multitask.
Clear and professional speaking voice.
Strong follow-up skills.
Positive and assertive personality.
Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally and sit for long periods of time.
Schedule is Monday through Friday within 6am-6pm (shift vary). This position may require occasional overtime. Wages start at $14.50 per hour with company benefits and a performance-based raise after 90 days.
