This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You’ll lead and guide a team of Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers (3–6 direct reports) while staying actively involved in daily customer service and account management.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 3–6 Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers.
Oversee daily customer service operations, including orders, returns, credits, and account management.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance to your team on problem-solving.
Develop team schedules, assign workloads, and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations.
Train, onboard, and mentor new team members to meet company standards and compliance.
Collaborate with marketing, shipping, and retail teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance.
What You Bring:
3+ years of customer service or account management experience.
1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
Player-coach mindset – lead your team AND jump in to help.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
