This role requires expertise in managing our kitchen team, a commitment to exceptional food quality, and a particular passion for pizza-making and creative menu design.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and maintain a menu with focus on gourmet pizza and seasonal dishes.
Work closely with resort management to create catering options for events and seasonal specials.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
