Location: Kalispell + direct surrounding areas
Compensation: $18-20/hr starting (depending on experience) + tips (avg ≈ $5-10/hr) with potential for increases at the 3 month mark, 12 month mark, and then on yearly reviews.

What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional vibe while helping them find the right products for their needs
Educate guests on different cannabis products and brands, cannabinoids, terpenes, and consumption methods
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently and with cannabis compliance in mind.
Share responsibility for store upkeep — including restocking, cleaning, and general maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
Weekend availability is a must as we are looking to fill coverage on those days primarily. Potential opportunity for weekday shifts.
Shifts are split between 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM, seven days a week.
Personable, confident communicators who like talking to people
Solid knowledge of cannabis products, or a genuine eagerness to learn fast (this is CRUCIAL. We want people who genuinely love to learn about cannabis)
Strong sales skills (knowledge of upselling a HUGE plus) and a team-player attitude
Must have a valid CCD license, or be able to obtain one quickly after your first interview
