Our company is currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a customer service mentality, a strong-willed personality that is confident in their work, and the ability to problem-solve in an often fast-paced environment. Candidate must be a detail-oriented individual, who confidently works independently, but also enjoys being part of a team. Must have a positive personality and excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
Answering office phones that can be extremely busy during peak season
Communicating with customers and other team members
Scheduling Customer Service Calls
Accounts Receivable process - Invoicing customers and collections
Data entry and administrative duties
Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-years office experience
QuickBooks Online Experience a plus, but not required.
Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Excel, Word, email, Google Calendar and Google Maps
Ability to create detailed workflows and follow tasks accurately
Strong work ethic and "team player" mentality
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Exceptional analytical and problem resolution skills
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to remain calm in an occasionally hectic environment
Compensation and Benefits:
