Metropolitan Culinary Services is seeking experienced bartenders to join our team at Goat Haunt Saloon and Wild Horse Cantina. As the leading concessions provider for Glacier Park International Airport, operating eight locations, we are looking for individuals who can thrive in a high-volume environment, appreciate the Montana way of life, and are dedicated to providing exceptional service as we approach the winter season.
Ideal candidates will:
Possess foundational knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine,
Demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively,
A strong sense of urgency, the capacity to prioritize tasks, and a history of delivering positive service with a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages,
Taking and processing food orders with a positive demeanor
Offering outstanding customer service through greetings, answering inquiries, and making recommendations.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant
Adhering to food safety guidelines, and
Most importantly, collaborating with team members for efficient operations is a key aspect of this role.
