Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and meal execution. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in our fast-paced kitchen while working along side a strong team of other professional chefs.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to food safety regulations
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knife skills
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
